Rose Ikwu

Dr. Rose Ikwu works with the Insights and Modelling team, supporting SEBI-Livestock’s efforts to develop and improve models that inform decision-making. She is a veterinarian interested in One Health, sustainable livestock production, and the health impacts of global environmental change, particularly in low- and middle-income countries. She has worked across the public and private animal health sectors in Nigeria, with experience in livestock health, veterinary service delivery, and public health. Rose holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Ahmadu Bello University, Nigeria, and a Master’s degree in Planetary Health from the University of Edinburgh.
